Before and After: Now with a Dining Area

city views.jpg

Not a bad city view, right?! Although Karl the Fog is starting to make an appearance in this master bedroom money shot.

As soon as we walked into this two-bedroom property , we knew it would shine! The homeowners had children and with children there is always a lot of “STUFF”! So, with a serious commitment to decluttering, we gave them some guidance and they really got the place in great shape. But, the one downside was that they didn’t show the property with a dining area. Buyers always look for a dedicated dining space—even if it is carefully carved out of the corner of another room. And so, when it didn’t sell off market, we staged the property—with a dining area—and it sold in a day!

Here is a little tour of a few before and afters.
