In-Law Unit Build-Out

A partially finished, garden-level space was the inspiration for pursuing an in-law unit that could, on occasion, double as an Airbnb. This home already had a spare bedroom on the garden level where there was also the garage, laundry room and an unfinished space. By building out the raw, unfinished, basement-like space that was adjacent to the spare bedroom, they could achieve an in-law unit with a kitchenette and full bath.

Unfortunately we don’t have a full set of before and after images but, hopefully the following “after” photos will give you an idea of some of the finished space.
